Gayle L. Russ, Executive Director 

Gayle began as CRSMCA Executive Director in January 2008.  Gayle spent most of her childhood days growing up in Myrtle Beach, SC and Charlotte, NC.  And then moved to Winston-Salem, NC for a career change.  Gayle enjoys her time with her son, Bennett, and her many friends and family.

Carla Blanton, Manager of Membership/Communications
Carla has been working for CRSMCA since 2000. She hopes to earn an Associates degree in Business Marketing by attending evening classes at Central Piedmont Community College. Carla was born in Arlington, TX and lived there as a child before moving to Charlotte, NC. She has four sisters, one brother and two nephews and spends her spare time with her family, friends and beloved dog, McGraw.

Dottie Nagle, CAE

Dorothy (Dottie) S. Nagle, CAE, started her career with Carolinas Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association, Inc. in 1983 as Administrative Assistant. In 1991 she advanced to Executive Director and moved the office from Raleigh, NC to Charlotte, NC. Dottie has two daughters (Holly and Shari) and Holly has blessed her with four grandchildren. She enjoys the challenges of her career, her family, yoga and reading.
