Carla B. Sims, CRSMCA Executive Director Carla begin with CRSMCA in 2000 as a part-time assistant. She quickly learned the workings of CRSMCA and the roofing industry. She worked beside a fantastic teacher and former Executive Director, Dottie Nagle. Carla recently married in May 2010 to Frank Sims. They live in Indian Trail, NC with their "kid-labradors", McGraw and Kayla.

Jennifer recently began working at CRSMCA in September 2010. She is currently working part-time learning everything there is about CRSMCA! Jennifer currently lives in Charlotte, NC.
